The dual through-hole pneumatic chuck system achieves clamping accuracy within ±0.03mm with automatic pipe centering and positioning functions. Chuck rotation speed reaches over 150 rpm with four-jaw self-centering mechanism. Auxiliary claw cylinder design enables material processing when cutting the final workpiece.

Unlimited Pipe Length Processing

Through-type chuck design breaks the limitation of pipe length, accommodating round pipes, square pipes, rectangular pipes, elliptical pipes, and various special-shaped pipes. Compatible with pipe diameters from 8mm to 120mm without frequent jaw replacement, requiring only minor adjustments.

Intelligent CNC Control System

Self-developed intelligent dual CNC system with free-drawing function allows direct data input for automatic graphic generation. Supports remote upgrades and fault diagnosis. Features automatic centering, corner process optimization, quick frog jump function, and special steel cutting capabilities including I-beam, channel steel, and angle iron.

Fully Automatic Feeding System

Standard fully automatic loading rack with high-rigidity design ensures fast material changing and feeding with excellent stability. Anti-scratch protection design accommodates different pipe shapes for flexible small-batch production. One operator can manage multiple machines simultaneously.
