HSS (high-speed steel) circular saw blades are the workhorse consumable of cold saw cutting: tough teeth that shear steel at low spindle speed under flood coolant, leaving a cool, bright, low-burr face. Our HSS blades run from φ250 mm to φ620 mm diameter with centre bores of φ32, 40, 50, 80, 90 or 140 mm, so they fit manual, semi-automatic and CNC cold saws across the range — match the bore and diameter to your saw’s specification and the blade sweeps the sections you cut. HSS suits general steel, stainless and non-ferrous work and tolerates interrupted cuts; for the fastest, brightest tube finishes, pair it with TCT blades on the same machine. Blades are re-sharpened many times on a CNC saw blade sharpening machine before retirement, which is why cost per cut — not cost per blade — is the number to budget.
