TCT (tungsten carbide-tipped) circular saw blades cut tube faster and brighter than any other cold saw blade: carbide teeth under flood coolant shear a clean, nearly machined face that welds or chamfers without dressing. Our TCT blades run φ250–620 mm class diameters with centre bores of φ50, 80, 90 or 140 mm, and tooth counts from 100 to 180 — finer pitches for thin-wall tube, coarser for heavy sections, with tooth pitch matched to wall thickness for the best chip clearance. TCT suits carbon steel, stainless and non-ferrous tube where surface finish matters; for general-purpose and interrupted-cut work, HSS blades remain the tolerant choice.
