Mandrel: For bending with high precision or complex shapes, in order to prevent workpiece collapse or deformation during bending, our pipe benders use support mandrel to support the interior of the pipe.

Bending Dies: We have different sizes and shapes of molds to meet different customer requirements for bending angle and curvature radius. Of course, the bending mold is supported by customization.

Bending Method: Our pipe bending machines use the currently popular rotary draw bending technology. After the tube is clamped, the rotating device starts working and the hydraulic system also applies bending force to the tube, allowing it to bend around the bending die.

Control System: On the basis of hydraulic pipe bending machine, advanced CNC technology is added, and the bending parameters are precisely controlled by computer programming, which sets a new standard in accuracy and repeatability.
