The CTK-630CNC is the large-section end of the cold saw range: blades up to φ630 mm (6 mm max blade thickness) sweep big tube, heavy bar and large profiles that smaller saws cannot reach, while the CNC cycle handles feed and cut sequencing for repeatable length accuracy batch after batch. Cold cutting is the point — at slow rpm under flood coolant the blade shears rather than abrades, so cuts stay cool, bright and dimensionally stable even on sections that would tear on an abrasive or hot band cut. Large-section stock is where tail-end economics bite hardest, so multi-feed length and remnant settings deserve attention when comparing CNC saws; blades are re-sharpened rather than replaced, keeping cost per cut predictable.
