The CTK-315AS-KT is a 90° semi-automatic cold saw for daily production cutting: two-speed blade at 52 or 104 rpm keeps the cut cold, and blades from φ250 to φ300 mm set the section sweep. The semi-automatic cycle clamps and cuts under operator control, which suits mixed work where one-piece flow and short runs dominate — maintenance cutting, tube-to-length work ahead of a bender, and batch sawing where a full CNC is more machine than the volumes justify. The cool, low-burr face means parts go to bending or welding without a dressing step. Blade economics matter on any cold saw: blades are re-sharpened many times rather than discarded, so budget sharpening capacity with blade purchase.
