High-Rigidity Machine Structure

The machine bed adopts high-strength rectangular tubes with 45° cross-splicing and high-strength steel plate welding. It undergoes two processes: rough machining and finish machining by a machining center. This ensures the laser pipe cutting machine is heavy, solid, and rigid, providing stable operation at high speeds and a longer service life.

Side-mounted Chuck for Short Tailing

The front chuck is controlled by a cylinder to move forward, allowing the cutting of the last workpiece with a tail length of ≥50mm. This side-mounted chuck design significantly saves material costs for the laser pipe cutting machine. The chuck speed, cutting efficiency, standard configuration, and overall machine performance offer a high competitive advantage. One-time clamping eliminates the need to change jaws, ensuring long-term precision.

Intelligent CNC Dual System

Equipped with a self-developed intelligent CNC dual system, it allows for direct data input without drawing. The system automatically generates graphics and supports remote upgrades and fault diagnosis for the laser pipe cutting machine. It features a quick parameter wizard for fast 3D view display and precise graphic detection for railings, stairs, doors, and windows. Supports various tube shapes including rectangular, square, round, and special shapes like oval and rhombic holes.

Standard Automatic Loading Machine

The standard automatic loading system allows for non-stop loading. It adjusts according to the pipe size, ensuring only one material is lifted to the loading area at a time. Compatible tube range: Round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, special-shaped tube, elliptical tube, and various other pipe profiles.
