The CTK-P9-LN-BD is a semi-automatic high-speed double-chuck bevel laser tube cutting machine designed for efficient processing of long metal tubes. It combines accurate 45° bevel cutting, semi-automatic material loading and stable double-chuck clamping to support continuous tube fabrication.
Semi-Automatic Loading for Higher Productivity
The semi-automatic intelligent loading system enables a smooth connection between tube loading and laser cutting. It supports standard tube lengths from 4,000 mm to 6,500 mm and can be customized for lengths up to 9,000 mm.
Advanced 45° Bevel Cutting
The CTK-P9-LN-BD can precisely process end bevels, bevel holes on tube surfaces and intersecting bevels such as saddle cuts. It is suitable for 3D cutting of round, square, rectangular and special-shaped tubes.
Stable Double-Chuck Long-Tube Processing
The double-bore chuck system provides through-hole clamping with evenly distributed force. This design ensures stable feeding and reliable processing for long workpieces while maintaining high positioning accuracy.
Lower Remnant Material Cost
