The CTK-P9-LP-BD is a fully automatic high-speed double-chuck bevel laser tube cutting machine developed for continuous, high-volume metal tube processing. It integrates automated loading, precision 45° bevel cutting and stable double-chuck clamping in one efficient production solution.
Fully Automatic Loading for Continuous Production
The intelligent automatic loading system enables seamless material loading and laser cutting. It supports standard tube lengths from 4,000 mm to 6,500 mm and offers customized long-tube processing up to 9,000 mm.
Professional 45° Bevel Cutting
The machine can accurately produce end bevels, tube-surface bevel holes and intersecting bevels, including saddle cuts. It provides flexible 3D laser tube cutting for round, square, rectangular and special-shaped metal profiles.
Stable Cutting of Long Tubes
The double-bore chuck provides through-hole clamping with balanced force distribution. Together with the rigid push-type short-bed structure, it ensures stable material feeding, reliable positioning and efficient long-tube processing.
Optimized Material Utilization
The moving front chuck reduces tail material waste after cutting. This design helps improve yield, lower material consumption and support cost-efficient automated production.
